-pops-
Fro your description of the machine's behaviour from, it seems to be infected with malware of some sort and most likely several different ones.I know some people enjoy trying to sort out problems like this but very, very often, even if to do manage to clean the machine up, there is something that is "not quite right".My recommendation would be to carry out a clean install. When everything is going again, make a backup or image of the system using a dedicated backup program such as Acronis - or you can use Windows backup, or Nero if you have it installed - there are lots to choose from. Most important is to keep the backup up-to-date. Each time you make a change to the machine such as installing new software, Windows update, etc, make a fresh backup and make a new one weekly (or more often). There are schedulers in most backup facilities to make this easier.
