How do I delete a port

I purchased a new computer that is running Windows 7. In the middle of the process to install my printer, via a print server, I realized that I needed to download a new printer driver. After doing that I started the installation of the printer again. Here's my problem.

One of the steps in the installation is to give a name to the port. I used "HP1320". When I came back the second time, after downloading the driver, I got an error message saying that port HP1320 already existed and I needed to create a new name.

My question is "how do I delete the existing HP1320 port so that I can use that name again."

It's funny that this was simple to do with XP on my previous machine, but with Windows 7 I can't find the list of ports.

Can you help me delete the port name?

Cheers.

Marcus
