phillim
Hi,I'm new here, so I may not be posting in the right spot.I'm having trouble connecting with my wireless card from Verizon. Called them...they walked me through a few things, and want to blame the issue on my "ports." The techs suggestion was that my ports need to be cleared because the computer is having trouble recognizing the device (wireless card). So, how can I clear my ports? Is this safe for me to do? What are the risks? Thanks for all of your help!

bludgard
The tech guy said..." the computer is having trouble recognizing the device (wireless card)". You can most likely confirm or deny this via Device Manager > Network Adaptors.Let us know the goings on or post a screenshot.Cherrs,Jobe
