Digerati Posted May 22, 2011 Report Share Posted May 22, 2011 If the tag on the side has the CD-Key, then you can borrow a disk and enter your key. HOWEVER, that key can only be used with that computer so if there is a chance Windows using that key was installed on another computer, then the license is used up, and you will need to buy a new license.Alternatively, you can install one of the many free Linux options and not worry about legalities.
