Snbaeeqa Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 I am trying to connect a Bluetooth headset to my Windows 7 pc. I would like to use the headset to talk with My Magicjack phone. Everything seems to have gone OK installing it but it won't connect. Windows does not see the headset. The only problem I can find is it says that in the Network Map that the adapter is not connected. I can't find any way of connecting it. -pops- Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 Do you have any other Bluetooth devices attached?If no, are you sure your Bluetooth service is switched on/operative?If yes, try temporarily disconnecting/disabling all others.
