This will eliminate locating and installing any chipset drivers that may be needed before, during or after a custom install.To start the recovery, press the F10 key when you first turn on your computer. Tap F10 repeatedly until you see 'Starting System Recovery'. Or hold Ctrl and press F-11 key repeatedly at boot.From there you can choose to do Format or a Non-destructive recovery.If this fails, we will continue with the custom install.;) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If we have to custom install, there may arise the need to install network drivers along with some other drivers from your machines support site.
