when windows detects communications activity - problem

Hi,

as topic says I have problem with one of windows 7 options "Comunnications - When windows detects....".

Problem description:

I'm using Teamspeak so each time when I can hear a voice in teamspeak, windows is automatically reducing the volume of others programs (games, windows background even youtbute). I've found an option to disable this efect in Sound>Communications, but it's not working, what's more this efect of 80% reduce the volume sometimes can double and volume of game is reducing not to 20% (then back to 100% as 80% rule says) but to 4% (then back to 20% as it was 100%), looks like windows double 80% reduce rule.

I'm using Windows 7 with newest and recommended (by windows) drivers to sound card (Realtek)
