Bourbon
Ok, so just lately I've been having an issue where the computer will lock up entirely, I won't be able to move the mouse or open the task manager so the only way around it is to restart. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, I could be watching videos, playing a game or not doing anything and it'll still freeze. At first I thought it could be the CPU overheating but I've managed to drop the temperatures by about 8-10 degrees and it's still happening. Other popular theories (I've been Googling it for a while) are any one of various RAM related issues and hard drive malfunction. The interesting thing is that I only noticed it after updating the BIOS, so that could be part of the issue. After rebooting I find no error reports and no trace that it even happened, which is quite frustrating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Bourbon
Nothing at all, the hard drive seems to stop dead as well.
