Memo111687 Posted March 17, 2012 Report Share Posted March 17, 2012 Someone please help me. I have a toshiba l305—s5955. It started acting funny yesterday and shut down. When I turned it back on I kept getting the blue screen of death. I can't even boot In safe mode. I have a copy of the windows 7 install disk so I figured I'd do a complete install. I boot from the disk and everything goes fine until I start installing windows. When it gets to the "starting setup" screen it just hangs there and doesn't move. I left it over night thinking it just needed time but this morning no progress was made. Same thing happened when I tried to install Windows Vista from cd as well. Any ideas what i could do???
