I have been having trouble with "spikes" where random programs will use 10-30 usage a piece, depending on the program. The programs all combined make the computer 100% usage. They will sit like that until I restart. Sometimes, it is so high that I have to hold the power button down to turn it off. This only happens at random, normally CPU is at 5-10% depending on what I'm doing. A picture is attached to show you what I am getting.
