jakub94
Hey Windows Community! I've had this problem for almost a year now, but it got worse and worse over the last couple weeks. There is this indefinable sound that is comming up in pretty much any situation. It comes up when I check my facebook, when I play video games, when I watch TV or even when Im not doing anything at all. It doesn't occur when Im not logged in though. I recorded the sound. Here is the link: http://soundcloud.co...ub-m-ller/sound need anymore Information? Tell me and I will gladly provide them ;) (it just came up again while I finished my last sentence -.- ) I would really appreciate any kind of help! :) note: Im from Germany, but my english should do the job ;) System Information------------------Time of this report: 5/18/2012, 11:11:10 Machine name: JAKUB Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120330-1504) Language: German (Regional Setting: German)System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Boris
Never heard that one before ! Have you tried resetting your Windows 7 sounds to the default settings ? Open Sound by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type sound, and then click Sound.Click the Sounds tab.In the Sound Scheme list, click the Windows 7 Default scheme and then click OK.. See if that makes a difference ?
jakub94
yeah I've tried that. I even tried to disable all windows sounds. Didn't solve it either. I guess the sound might not come from windows at all? but thanks :) any other ideas?
