Blogspot makes it hard to navigate the posts

For 'Labels' function, if you have a lot of posts with the same label, when you click the label it doesn't show you a list of the title of the posts for better navigation; instead it just gives of the whole posts included in that label on one webpage, so that there is too much scrolling going on and there is no bird's eye view to see the contents of the label.

Basically I would like to organize the whole blog in a book format like it is possible with Springnote. An example fo Springnote: http://alves.springnote.com/pages/5447973

But you can't monetize Springnote like you can with blogspot. So what would be the solution?
