MagiCool
Hello,Do you know any way to find why a particular software (any software) works on one computer but not on other? I mean investigate what that software uses/needs from a particular windows instalation and then compare the results and maybe find the conflicting software on the machine where it does not work? Please do not suggest to reinstall the OS (if I do that, the software works on all computers). I want to know if there is a way to investigate such a problem ("cure" the OS not replace it).(All computers have the same hardware and Windows 7 32b updated, same drivers)Thank you! MagiCool
No. I guess we need to be the developers of a particular application to be able to debug properly. Or maybe there is a way to "list" all the components from the OS witch are "touched" by that application and compare the list from one PC to another. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Well, the first thing to know/define is what "not work" means. Does it crash, or not start, or not show the UI, or ....? The next step will be to find the cause of that behaviour.
