This happened two weeks ago, and i noticed when i tried to play Battlefield 3. Of course, my password was changed from what i set it to. This wouldn't have bothered me if it was just my battlelog account, though it has come to my attention that i have 2000kr worth of games "attached" to that specific email. The first thing i did was to fill in the form, which didn't lead anywhere. I subsequently called the technical support of windows (sweden) and they told me that they were going to "escelate" my issue to the hotmail department. This was one week ago and still none had contacted me. I called them again today. The employe couldn't find my issue but he made me a new one, which he also "escelated". Is there anything i can do from here? All i do is wait, though i would gladly show id to prove my case. And the hotmail department have no phone-support so i can't call them and tell them my story, the employes i've talked to isn't able to see the progression on my case, or even if it's marked as "solved".
