Howardbk Posted September 28, 2012 Report Share Posted September 28, 2012 The printer is HP Officejet 6500 E707a series. I am using Windows XP.The printer was working fine. Today, it is offline.I decided to uninstall the software and reinstall. The Computer does not recognize that a printer was installed. When I go to the control panel, the printer is not listed, nor is it listed in device manager.So, I restored the computer to where it was before uninstalling the software.
