PLZ Help, I keep getting a blue screen

I keep getting a blue screen on my computer and I dont know why... I really need help in solving these crashes, as my screen name is SO true. Im trying to attach the two critical errors that I see in the event viewer and also trying to attach the actual blue screen that I am getting. Thx in advance

First, what Windows version are you using?

Unfortunately the picture you took of the BSOD is not showing all information; the driver name near the bottom is incomplete - I can only see 'ETIO.SYS'. Can you tell us what the full name is of that module?

Most likely you need to update a device driver, but we can only tell you which one if we know the full name of that module.

I searched my computer; the module name is most likely NETIO.SYS

Now we only need to know your Windows version.

Also, what anti-virus software do you use?

Finally, what is your display adapter, device driver version & date? You will find these information in the Device Manager.

Thanks for the response... I use windows 7 Home Premium (service pack 1)

I use Microsoft Security Essentials as of right now, but on this pc I have used Norton, McAfee & AVG.

Im HAVE NO IDEA about the device driver version & date.... Is there anyway you can put it in laymen's terms for me???

I do have a ntbtlog.txt if that might help. Its really long and i dont know how to read it. I think it might logged more than one crash on it, not sure if it can actually do that or not.
