Can't install Nessus 5 with error 1723

I'm running Windows 7 , 64-bit

When i tried to install Nessus 5, it appear this error

I tired to search for the solution, and I found this:

Delete JAVA complete by using "Windows Installer Clean Up", delete the related registry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall , and re-install Java

However, it doesn't work to me....

Any other suggestion?

I have had success uninstalling the Java Runtime Environment ( JRE ) with "JAVA RA" (Free)

I will just point out that it does say on your submitted picture of the installer information "Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

If your efforts at overcoming your present problem are not fruitful, "Tenable .com" have their own discussion forum which can be found here: https://discussions.....org/index.jspa

If, - as I believe you have not followed the most logical manner in solving your problem (i.e. - contacting Tenable/Nessus first, or at least browsing their discussion forum) I would suggest that you contact Tenable customer support. There are limitations when installing Nessus 5 on Windows Desktop operating systems. you will gain knowledge of these limitations by perusing the website or talking to support staff.
