Stamp
Hi. So I bought Windows 8 the other day online from the windows website. They are offering Windows Pro for £25 so I went for it. However, it automatically installed a 32bit version of it. I was wondering how I get a 64bit version installed as I need the extra RAM in order to run certain programs. Also some of my software I use for work is buggy on a 32bit System. Thanks for your help!
MANEMAN
Hi there. When you buy an upgrade to Windows 8, it includes 90 days of no-charge support from Microsoft. The 90-day period begins after you install and activate Windows 8.You should have plenty of days left yet. :) - - Whatever you have managed to do, or whatever cock-up you have made, - Just contact them and explain your situation.John.
