sandie c Posted December 26, 2012 Report Share Posted December 26, 2012 Hi, I was wondering if anyone can tell how to go about getting rid of this annoying pop up that happens when I first start my PC. I am also not very knowledgable in the technical things, if that helps any.The pop up says RUN DLL in the top left of the box,than there is a Red X and next to it it says "There was a problem starting C:\Users\Sandie\AppData\Roaming\whnpi.dll The specified module could not be found.Is there a way to fix this, I don't even know what it means, any help would be appreciated.
