Maher Awad Posted March 26, 2013 Report Share Posted March 26, 2013 Hi all. im having a XP pc with 2 user accounts . its 3 days now that the welcome screen and the fast user switching is disabled , in the user account at the control panel it show me an error that a program has disabled these features and it show me where is this file . i try to delete it normally and by the CMD but i cant . the file is in the system32 with the name (RtlGina.dll) , any suggestions ??
