SMKS Posted April 3, 2013 Report Share Posted April 3, 2013 RoxWatchTray13.exe system error Layout Dll13.dll is missing keeps coming up every time I log on to my account. I have completely removed Roxio software and removed all registry entries from ccleaner. I am out of options.
