Elbowknee Posted May 8, 2013 Report Share Posted May 8, 2013 So I got a virus recently I ran Microsft security and it said it cleared it, but now everytime I start windows a message keeps popping up saying "Winclient task has stopped working" and I can't find any support online about how to fix it, any help on how to resolve this would be great. -pops- Posted May 8, 2013 Report Share Posted May 8, 2013 I have no idea what winclient task is but the best way to get is back is to restore from your backup to a time before you had the virus problems.
