Layzner Posted May 28, 2013 Report Share Posted May 28, 2013 HelloBefore I asked, I recently bought an asus S550 laptop with pre built win 8after 2 week use, a problem occurred some files (ex:save game files, rainmeter skins, etc) are corrupted and unable to readpic: http://i856.photobucket.com/albums/ab121/ramajoe/korup_zpsbfd35591.jpgbut after Idling the laptop for like 5 hours, it returned to normal, the corrupted file is readable and modifieable againI did sfc scannow and no errorI've checked the hard disk with 3 different harddisk checker, no problem detectedI've checked for virus with 2 different antivirus, no virus detected I wanted to ask in the microsoft community support but it always written "reqeust couldn't blah blah blah"could you help me?
