tdeg Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 Hello and thank you for reading. I installed Windows 8 but now the DVD does not recognise blank DVDs for burning. The DVD player is a TS-H493a Windows 8. The movie is .mp4 format but when coming to burn a DVD, the DVD player does not recognise the blank DVD. DVD -RW and DVD+RW have been tried. Nothing.
