winemaker17
Hey everyone. I have a little problem. First of all I am running Windows 7 and Media Player 12. I have two users with seperate logins. I ripped my wife's music into her profile for her. Now, her music has combined with mine in Media Player. When I click on the "Music" tab...everything that is on the computer shows up. Also, in Explorer, under Libraries, I show Music, then My Music, Public Music, and My Music (C:). Under My Music are the ripped files that are mine. Under My Music (C:), are my wife's. I just connected my smartphone and Media Player did it performed an automatic sync. Now my phone's memory is full because of all of these music files. How do I get Windows Media Player to stop doing this? Is it possibly a setting in Explorer or Media Player that needs to be fixed? Thanks!!! winemaker17
winemaker17
Update: I just checked my wife's user profile. He Media Player is fine and has not merged the files. She also does not have the "extra" My Music (C:) in her Explorer. I installed CrashPlan Cloud Backup last week an I am wondering if that has effected it all in some way.
