Jodie Posted August 18, 2013 Report Share Posted August 18, 2013 When my laptop installs the latest Windows 7 updates, upon shutdown, when I boot it back up none of the browsers I have installed work (IE, Mozilla, Chrome). All saying they are unable to establish a connection to the server. Other devices I have work on my internet connection and my iTunes on my laptop works as well. I have even tried taking down the firewall and still no luck. I did a system restore to get rid of the update but how can I fix this problem?
