I am aware of the fact that a number of reasons may be responsible but when other games run absolutely fine and this one crashes it seems weird. I thought that the software area would be more adequate to what was essentially a piece of software.anyway, can anyone suggest reasons why a game crashes? YesIs the game in question patched to the most recent release? first release versionI have contacted EA and they suggest running MSCONFIG and clearing all background programs with a selective startup and de-checking all entries in the Start Up tab. It plays absolutely fine on all levels until I get to a certain point in the game and crash it goes. I think it is a software issue rather than my specific PC.
