I have Windows 7 Home Premium on a Viglen desktop Every time I try to shut down with updates it hangs at "Installing update 1 of 27.." and I can then only shut down by holding in the power button.I have tried booting into Safe Mode, and also have looked for a System Restore point, but the only ones available are now more recent than when the problem started.
