keoninery
So here is my issue, i have been using windows 8 fro about a month now(came pre-installed on my laptop). Everytime i go to turn the computer on( dell e6530) it goes through an automatic repair and then fails, then it begins to repeat. Once it finally gives up and sends me to the blue options screen i cant seem to perform any of the actions that the internet says to conduct. It seems ive tried everything. Could someone please help. Alan2273
If this is a brand new laptop, it is under warranty, and not fit for purpose, so send or take it back and get it sorted under warranty.
kateamonsta
I read this on another forum sight so I apologise if I'm incorrect. windows 8 has I recovery partition that you need to create your own recovery and back-up discs from. that's why you're getting the loop.w/out a disc or flash drive there is no image file for it to refer to. believe me I wish I had known about this before my boyfriend had deleted the recovery partition.
