3 arrow keys at once don't work properly

I've recently had the issue where, if I hit 3 arrow keys at once, my computer will beep and the input will kinda screw up for a split second. Hitting 4 arrow keys makes my computer beep 3 times in a row. This is most problematic when I'm playing bullet hell games, which require hectic arrow key mashing, because occasionally I'll unintentionally hit 3 arrow keys at once, hear the beep, and my character will end up flying in a random direction for a split second.

This beeping issue seems to also occur with some other keys which have unique funcionality, like the home and end keys, among others. Normal keys like letters and numbers and the F# keys don't have this issue.

One important thing to note is this issue started occuring only after I reformatted my computer with Windows 7. Before when I had Windows Vista, I never noticed this issue, so I assume it didn't exist. I haven't changed my keyboard either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've died too many times in my games because of this.

Do you have the correct drivers for this new version of Windows?
