andsome Posted October 15, 2003 Report Share Posted October 15, 2003 Press help in the bottom right hand corner of the control. The screen should show, 'connection status 5, address allocated'. If it says 'Ramping' the box has a problem. In any case it's worth dialling 150, as if there is a problem they can frequently cure it with a signal sent down the cable.
