I have been trying to include the description of the Balance trainer on my website. The first version was ~1.6MB and took ages to load. I've done a modification and it's now only 106KB. This particular page now takes even longer to load. I have included it as an embedded file. I do need help here :help:

Hi all found a work around and have moded my website. I was struggling with the scanned image of the page relating to the Balance trainer on the "What I'm Running For" page. Used Google to see if I could find any traces of it and turned up the Manufacturer (UK) exhibiting in California and got their UK website from that and posted a limk to it.

Opinions welcome.

Hi folks, sorry just realised I had stayed logged in for all this time. Yes the Index/Homepage needs sorting out still. It is a legacy of the Plusnet editor. It is very inflexible and once activated woudn't let go of some things I wanted to change. You may recognise it Nel. What I wanted to do was to do justice for the Balance Trainer in the What I'm Running for page. The previous image was scanned at the Hospital and e-mailed to me and I had had major problems with it. The scanner had introdused unwanted artifacts, i.e. a afint mottled background which bumped up the file size giving problems with the time to load the page. Trying to reduced the file size following the previous suggestions made it totally unreadable. Hence the work around. :D

Now I'll have to see what I can do with that index page :(
