Guest ellas Posted January 28, 2003 Report Share Posted January 28, 2003 the reason the avatars disappear is because this site http://bibledatabase.org/avatar/plod.gif where your avatars are keeps going down,thats why I stopped using mine from there,save the avatar to you computer and upload it from there and you won't have any more problems. I was experimenting with linking it from Yahoo Briefcase to see if it would link to there, but it doesn't seem to work.How do you upload it from your computer, ellas? Just like me - it isn't me, is it?I've tried to load avatars from my hard disk. .gifs seem OK, but it doesn't like some of my .jpgs. :angry: Some seem to work though. They are .jpg photos from my digital camera so I suppose they must be quite large.
