Guest Grim Reaper Posted November 21, 2003 Report Share Posted November 21, 2003 I am running outlook 2003 and wish to backup my email account details so that i can import them and not have to set them up every time i reformat (which is quite often recently....)With outlook express, you can export the details to an .iaf file (internet account file) however, i cannot find this option in outlook.any ideas anyone? Chris Posted November 21, 2003 Report Share Posted November 21, 2003 I think it's the C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.pst file.Within the file is email settings and your email.File, Date File Managment...Only way to know is to try it.Then if you have a hotmail it will be outlookhotmail.pst Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
