Since I have been using my old laptop for the past 4 years, I have lots of important data saved on that laptop. So I tried to share those files using a network cable since it is the fastest method to do that transfer. But it seems that the network port is not working or the cable is malfunctioning on my old laptop (I am not sure). I tried several things to make this transfer work but still, it doesn’t work. I even followed some instructions from the internet but the transfer cannot be done through the old laptop. I think the issue remains with the old one (not sure). Can someone help me with this issue?
