moon
One of my secondary BT openworld accounts has some huge spam files on it . Mailwasher can't delete them. Any solutions ? It's an important account and I've had to deactivate it. I've asked BT if they can clear it on their server but they keep asking me if my Outlook Express settings are correct. Even with my OE settings at the 'Time Out' maximum of five minutes I can't download the spam, nor delete it with Mailwasher. Bugger.
nellie2
Have you tried going direct to the BT webmail and deleting it from the server from there????
Sir Radfordin
If you can't do it from the BT Webmail you may be able to do it via Telnet. It'll take me a while to remember how to but if you need it post back and I'll try and work it out.
