andsome Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 I have found for some time now, that if I receive an e-mail link from the site to a PM, I get a message to the effect that the PM does not exist. I then have to go to my controls and find the message. I did think that this was being fixed. Shirl will probably now get this result, but there is in fact a message from me in his in box. Guest Shirley_Crabtree Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 You're very welcome Andsome.I was lucky enough to notice I had a new PM and just clicked my message button but I do know what you mean with the email links....rather annoying :( *Edit* OK I think I know what's wrong.I've just checked my email and I was told I had a PM from our Andsome.The bit at the end of the link was MSID=32947.The actual link to the message in my PMs ends MSID=32946So for some reason 1 gets added to the link you are sent and that message hasn't been created yet.Is this some sort of attempt at time travel??Shirl.
