Kirbster Posted May 2, 2004 Author Report Share Posted May 2, 2004 Spent nearly two hours on the phone to Microsoft in Australia, kept being pushed up the technical scale with no success. Eventually, in consultation with the technical guy at Miscrosoft we decided to remove Office XP and revert back to Office 2000. But even that didn't work so at the moment she has a laptop with no office on it. Microsoft were no help at all, currently awaiting Office 2000 CD arriving from England.
