popeye
While trying to load Linux I get an error box appear.Could not uncompress second stage ramdisk. This is probably a hardware error while reading the data.(this may be caused by a hardware failure or a linux kernal bug)Then when I click ok.I receive - Fatal error in stage 1 please reboot. When I do reboot, it goes through it all again.I have uninstalled my ramdrive and theres no trace of it left on my system.Help would be much appreciated please. :)

Chris
Don't give up.As I say the error seems to be a hardware bug which means until they fix it - nothing can be done. You could try redhat?
