Guest whizwrinkly
Sorry, I know I will be boo'd (spelling?) for this but I gotta say it! I (personally) think the forum is trying to walk before it can run. Things keep changing too frequently, and odd methods are employed to make people like me think "sod it" why bother?..Cant post update details in news section "not authorised", so I bung it in the software/hardware section.New AVG section noticed, go there, got to mess about with authorisation. Couldn't bothered to mess about. (What's all the secrecy about, it's only an AV prog, albeit a very good one)Alright, I'm an old git, but why are so many changes being implemented in such a short space of time? It's not three months yet since re-starting, yet it seems every time I log on something is being altered or improved(?)Cant you just give things a fair trial before chopping and changing? and why the need for all the "restricted" areas? Surely the moderators can kill a thread if it's not worthy of news status or AVG relevant.Enough moaning, ready for the flak, off my chest :( Bye
Guest Damo
I know what u mean Whiz, but the site IS new and im sure Craigs trying to get it right through trial and error, so that it can be easily accessable to all.I know some of the topics are restricted, but i dont think it will last long. All these small changes just go to improve the site further.i dont mind anyway, it keeps it interesting. (not that its boring anyway)Im sure that when craigs found a format he's happy with he'll stick with it.Damo :D

artist
Oh, come on Whiz Wrinkly - you're making 'mature people' sound like stick-in-the muds. It's good to have the challenge of not knowing where things will be next. Keeps the old brain fresh.
