wlandymore
I set up an 'auto-reply' through Outlook(rule)and the exchange server(enabled auto-replies), and then I deleted the rule later by selecting it in the rules list and clicking 'delete'. I also removed the 'enable auto-reply' from the exchange server. However, my account won't stop auto-replying to people. When ever a message is sent to this account, the auto-reply feature is called.I also deleted the saved template that it was using but it still responds, there's just no text in the reply message now that the template is gone.I've also reistalled Office on the machine, deleted the mail account and recreated....nothing works. How can I get this account to stop auto-replying?? nellie2
Is it Outlook that is sending the auto replies or your server? If it is the exchange server then I think you should get in touch with the people who run it... perhaps it is a glitch thier end?
