You can integrate a newer ServicePack into your XP-CD, but the really nice side of nLite is, that it's able to create very small XP ISO-images by cutting out things of it. Also the XP-Installation from such a modified ISO will be small, very very small if you select many components to delete and lay also your hands on it and do some post-install modifications. Self an ISO with all of the components onboard witch are not recommended to remove comes to ~160MB (XP). A w2k3 ISO is such builded a bit bigger. To bring XP on a harddisk-installation under 500MB (with a smallered pagefile.sys or an outsourced) is easy to realisize.You ever have think it is impossible to have an XP-Installation without the bundled InternetExplorer or the MediaPlayer?
