Rebel=UK=
ok heres a question. I have a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 sound card and i have a Sound Blaster MP3+ . I bought the MP3+ as i was sick of having to go round the back of my PC to plug the headphones in (plus its got a digital optical in for my MiniDisc) now its not as powerful as the 5.1, so i was thinking could i put the 5.1 back in and still use the MP3+ for putting my headphones in and Minidisc deck?If you dont know what the MP3+ is look HERETHANKS
Andy-2004
i dont think soo, cause you have to select an audio device in the control panel, you cant select 2,soo you would have to be willing to change that opton everytime you wanted to switch
Scarecrow Man
I'm doubtful as well Rebel...When you go to sounds and multimedia in control panel, you can select which is the playback device, and which is the recording device. You can possibly have a differen't device for output and one for input, but I don't think the two can work at the same time, like you want it to.
