shield Posted September 14, 2004 Report Share Posted September 14, 2004 Yeah, like Linux or FreeBSD uses 'wine' to access windows and/or mounting a windows partition and being able to browse. for windows that native IO makes windows reconize the linux or non-dos partition and makes a ghost drive on windows when loaded and youre able to browse and do whatever on your linux partition. There is also a program where you dualboot, you boot windows, and you do a dual boot and you can also run linux at the same time (slits your ram in half so a good amount is required).
