I am considering upgrading to the Pro edition because you get Tech.Support. If anyone can answer my queries,then I will not need to upgrade. Unless there are other advantages. I do not mind paying. Any thoughts?(1) When I do a scan and then go to details there are about a dozen files that it says cannot be opened and therefore not read. Is this normal\acceptable\ok?I have tried to send an attachment showing these files but not sure if I have done it correctly.(2) The information tab, shows that my processer is Pentium (It is an Athlon)That my OS is 2000 professional,version 5.1 biuld 2600.( I OS is XP Home version 2002.) Scarecrow Man Posted October 1, 2004 Report Share Posted October 1, 2004 They are system files, being used by windows, therefore cannot be opened and scanned. Running Anti-Virus in safe mode will get around this, but AVG will not run in safe mode.
