Is there anybody who can help me finding the "windows 98 open with file" my computer was having the virus called win98 and now when i double click on a file document is gives me the dialog that says browse the open with. and the open with was deleted. my computer now is a scrap because it does not even open mp3 and images only autorun that run.Thanks in advance. expertec Posted October 11, 2004 Report Share Posted October 11, 2004 Browse to the file C:\Windows\inf\shell.inf and right click on it, then click Install.
