When downloading something I don't have the option to run from the location.3. When you go to search on the start to look for files on your computer I don't have the box to put in what I am looking for and where to look for it.4. On msn I can go to my e mail page but I can not check my e mail or when I go to my bank page and put in my password I can't check my account.5. I have encrypted files and need to find all of them so I can fix them. I know how to fix them just don't know how to find them.Ok I think that Is all my probs. So if anyone can help .biggrin.gifWhen I go to windows it has a bunch of things saying install or unistall with money signs and numbers and under all the folders is a bunch of like blue and white boxes do i need all of these?
