Paul
Sorry Scarthy we cant allow links to unofficial beta releases of SP2 as it is not official from MS and as the title says its still in beta stage which means it is probably bug ridden (bit like the final release   )I do not recommend anyone to install XP SP2 till its official and fully tested as it could seriously mess up your windows install. To test and report bugs from???You sound a bit paranoid Paul to me... It's not an illegal site/ illegal software - It is a beta release, that's all. :( ;)
Paul
Ah well, If you really want to download it then go ahead. It escapes me why any 1 would want SP2 Beta? remember when the full release of SP1 came out? lots were crying and formating as there PC`s had been reduced to a snails pace, so why risk your system with a beta service pack? Prince of Calcutta
sorry if i'm being a bit thick here.. but isn't a service pack just a collection of fixes released till date in one package ? so in what way would it be bug ridden ? Scarthy © ® ™
PoC is right. What is the difference in using a beta version of Media Player 9 or SP2??? It is up to the individual really, if they want to install it or not. (I won't be because I hate Beta versions and I only have 56k :( )Thanks for re-doing the links Paul... ;)
