Craig
Just using Kirsty's computer and noticed the security center annoying me.Upon visiting it, it shows that the XP Firewall is off, so i tried turning it on, but i cant!I get the following error:Security Center States it is off:Any suggestions as to how to get it back up and running. At the moment she is sat behind a netgear router with NAT protection, but i dont wont to take any chances.Craig. expertec
Go into Control Panel, then Administrative Tools, Then Services, scroll down and you will see "Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing".Double click it, click "Start", and set the startup type to "Automatic" and reboot.
