Windows 2003 can't read partition!!

I recently used partition magic 8.0 to resize and move 2 partitons. They are both FAT32. I have installed on my computer: Windows 98, Windows XP Pro, Windows 2003 Server, and SUSE Linux 9.0. Keep in mind that the 2 partitions that I resized do not contain an operating system on them. So in all I have 7 Partitions on 2 disks. Anyway, my problem is, I now cannot access the data on one of the partitions that I resized with partition magic on Windows 2003. I can still access it from Windows 98 and Windows XP, but not 2003. If I go to Administrative Tools->Computer Management->Disk Manager, it shows the partition as Healthy, but it shows the filesystem as "RAW". So Win2003 knows the partition is there, but it doesn't think it is formatted??? Is there anything I can do to get win2003 to see this partition as a FAT32 partition again so I can access the data? I ran scandisk and norton Disk Doctor on it from Windows XP, but that didn't fix it. Any Ideas?

Thanks

I assume you rebooted Win 2003 after the partition move.

If you run Partition Magic again under Win 2003, does it show the partition as FAT32?

Does the partition have a drive letter, and can you see it from Windows Explorer? Can you try to mount the partition from Disk Manager?

B.t.w. is it PowerQuest Partition Magic, or Norton Partition Magic?

Could it be a BIOS problem, e.g. partition size exceeding some limitations?

I know, I don't really have any helpful answers, just trying to ask some questions.

I'd say reformat the partition under Win2003 - just make sure to format as FAT32 and NOT NTFS so SuSE can still read/write.
